Hello there,

On the FSB3240, is it possible to change the Speedring for another one? as I would like to take my AB800 to light a background without any softbox and use one of my FSB3240 on a Aurora Camray C300 with its speedring.

Is it possible to use a different speedring on the FSB3240 that is not AB's ?

The outer speedring is permanently attached, however inner spedrings are available at the link below. I do not know what interface the unit you own uses, so i acannot say for sure one exists for your particular light.

Oh but I could remove the Ab's inner ring and put mine (Aurora) Good. Thank you so much for your great support. I can't wait to get all my new Stobes and Softboxes...

maybe. Innerspeedrings can vary in size. our foldable softboxes' inner rings are 5.5" in diameter. Also, the link provided has the inner rings which ar 5.5" as well
