It is largely going to depend on the color the LED is blinking.
First and foremost, plug the Vagabond in in the proper sequence. Plug the charger into the wall, ensure you get a green light, then plug it into the Vagabond.
A yellow LED, solid or blinking, usually indicates either the positive or negative (but not both) has lost connection to the battery. This could be from the spade lug or from the fuse holders. You can try using one of the other sets of red/black connectors to charge from (i.e. the ones that plug into the inverter). This may or may not help, depending on where the fault is.
A green LED can indicate the battery is full, or as full as it can get. An older or poorly maintained battery may not be able to hold much charge, so even if the charger says full, the battery may not supply enough energy to be useful.
For the record, the charger is the little black box with a cord going to the wall and a cord going to the Vagabond. The blue box with the electrical outlet is the inverter. These are often confused, so I want to be sure.
