We are looking for a single solution to trigger AB falsh and speedlights (sb-800 and 900).

We were thinking:

Cybercommander
2x CSRB+

From what I read, this would let us ajust power level on AB but not on speelights.

Any other idea? Simpler if that's is even possible?

We looked at another companie, ordered, and the system didn't work out of the box so they lost us right there...

If you are looking to adjust the Alien Bees lights, you will need a minimum of 1-Cyber Commander and 1-CSR+ or CSRB+ (for each Alien Bees light). The CSRB+ can be used for either the Alien Bees or Nikon Speedlites. If you are mixing speedlites and Bees to gether, you can get CSRB+'s for the speedlites, and retain the ability to group and meter all lights individually, or you can set the speedlites to SU-4 mode, and have them trigger optically. There are several configurations that will work, and the Cyber Commander and 2 CSRB+'s combination is one that will work.
