I bought a Vivitar 280HC recently. I am having problems using the cybersync with this flash. Is that a known problem? Am I doing something wrong?

I am not familiar with a 280HC. However, I have only heard of one issue with Vivitars, that the customer sorted out (i am not sure how, though). So, a few questions. Define " having problems" will they not fire at all, sometimes, with the reciever button, but not with the transmitter, etc. Which recievers do you have? How are you connecting teh flash to the remote?
