I've only had it for 3 months and all of a sudden it's not working, its not flashing the strobes, nor it the test light working. I bought a few 3v batteries CR2450 and still nothing. Can someone help me out please, cause i'm a very busy person and i need my transmitter.

I had this same thing happen: battery ran down, I took it out and brought it with me to the store so I was sure to buy the right kind. Came back, put the new battery in: Nothing.

As it turned out, I had simply put the new battery back in upside down! The Plus side goes DOWN, into the plastic drawer (it seemed more natural to me the other way, so I put it in wrong).

I also realized that if the unit ever failed for real, I was hosed, so I bought a second one. Now I have a backup, one for a second camera, or one that I can carry with the light meter, leaving the other on the camera. Not too bad.

Hopefully, it is the battery thing. If not, though, call customer service: you are well inside warranty, and Paul Buff Customer Service is the best in the industry.
