So i recently purchased the vagabond II with a wlx1600. i charged the battery when i first got it.. tested it out in my backyard after a night of charging, and after a few pops (probably less than 10) the battery died.. so, i charged it again, tested it and it worked great, brought it to a shoot and it worked great so i figured it was fine. charged it after the shoot it has stayed on the charger and when i brought it to a shoot yesterday, it failed to give me any pops at all. i turned it, and it just whines and tells me the battery is dead. even when its on the charger now and i turn it on, it's doing the same thing.

is there a quick fix? or is this something i have to send it in to get replaced?

First, make sure you are getting the red LED light when charging. If the cord is in, but no LED, then the unit is not charging. Make very sure the cord is fully inserted, otherwise that light may not come on. If this does not help, give us a call, as the charger may be faulty, and the unit will need to be repaired/replaced.
