Hello !

The Einstein specs says it works with up to 265 VAC,
but on the Europe site it says that 220v areas are delayed for tech. reasons.
is that due to law and certifications, or real technical issue preventing use with 220v ?

in other words:
if i order the einstein on the US shop, and take it to europe, will it work correctly on 220v ?!

Thanks !! ;)

This should answer your question:
http://www.paulcbuff.com/pcb2009/e640v2.html

In short, if you order now you'll get the new version.

Yes, any new unit you get from the US, UK, or Australia will work fine on 240VAC.
