Hi I just got my two einsteins and one of them seem two be broken on arrival. When i push the test button the ready lamp goes red for a millisecond and then it turns green again without any flash going off. The modelling light does not work either, it shines like its at its lowest setting no matter what power i set it to.
I tried to switch out the flashtube from another working einstein and still no luck.
Could this be something that could be solved with firmware update or do I have to send it back? I live in sweden so that's quite a hassle for me.

I've got the modelling light working now but still no flash, just a ready beep after i push the test button. I also changed the fuse.

Anyone who knows what might be wrong?

Does the flash not fire at any power? Either way, if a known good tube is not working, then it is a hardware isssue, and will need to be sent in for repair or replacement. Please contact our customer service department to arrange for this.

The flash doesn't fire at any settings at all so i guess i'll have to send it in.
