						 Thanks. Customer service and production are backed up against a wall of orders and backorders every day, and could easily take a cavalier attitude toward customers. But I won't allow that after 30 years of drumming the Golden Rule into our staff. Lori has risen to VP and is firmly on this track, as are all other staff. It's the backbone of our success.
