On one of the two AC outlets, whenever I pull on the power cord the AC outlet comes out of the case before the plug comes out of the socket.

Is there an easy way to fix this?

We have not seen this issue to speak of, so it's probably a defective outlet. I would suggest pulling the loose socket out, putting Super Glue on the tabs the secure it, and pushing it back in and let it sit overnight. If this doesn't fix it, or if you prefer not to do this, we will be happy to replace the unit.
