 On off switch stuck in on position

Hi I was wondering if there is a safety mechanism that would make the on off switch stay in on position or if I need to send it in for a repair? It is White lightening 1600.

That sounds like a fault in the switch, which will need to come in. If it is a really new unit, contact us before you send it in.
