One of my five Einsteins just failed. Replacing the tube and fuse didn't help. Anything else I can try? Everything looks normal on the panel, and the ready signal beeps after I Press "test", but no flash. It didn't work at all today, so it's definitely not a heat issue.
I am willing to accept this is a fluke, but in 25 years I've never had a flash fail before, other than blown tubes, and it makes me nervous, since I've replaced my entire system with Einsteins (and still think they're brilliant)

If it is not working after a new tube and not overheating, then it will need to have warranty service. Please contact Customer Service to make arrangements.
