I tried putting the Sigma 530 DG Super on every different mode and the CRSB would light up from the transmitter but it wouldn't fire the flash. Any help?

First, read this article. It may or may not apply to your flash, but is definitely worth the read. Also, if the Sigma has an optical slave, and you are using a second flash, the the remote signal and slave signal can cancel each other out. Try only using the Sigma and see if it works. Lastly, some dedicated non-OEM flashes are reverse engineered to work with certain makes of cameras. In this process, they are designed to work when on camera, however, they do not work when triggered by a radio remote (or any nonTTL triggering method). I know some Sigmas fall into this category, however, I do not know for certain which ones. If this is indeed the case, there is not much you can do besides getting a different flash. Any other radio remote, sync cord, accessory slave eye, etc will likely produce the same results.
