I own two vagabonds II. First I bought one for a time ago, and it works perfectly well.

Recently bought another Vagabond II by Ebay. However this unit that I bought on Ebay came with problems. Whenever I turn on the inverter it works for a fraction of second and then do the battery fuse burning. Always. There is no burning smell or anything like that, all seems well. Battery is ok.

The problem is that I live in Brazil. Is there any suggestion that I try to fix the problem in any electronics repair service here in Brazil? If not, you would do the repair for me? I am willing to send, and obviously pay for repair.

We can and will repair any of our products. However, we do not accept new international customers. If you have not purchased from us before, I would suggest contacting Customer Service to see what your options are. Additionally, if it is not working as advertised, you may wish to contact eBay. The design of the inverter is proprietary, and we cannot provide information on how to have it repaired.
