Hey guys! First time on the forums here :)
Just received two einstein units in the mail and everythings working great....except one unit's fan won't seem to turn on.

I've tried switching the modelling light on/off and popping a few flashes to see if heat would trigger it but ...nothing really. Is this normal behavior? THanks!

No, the fan should be constant from the moment it boots up. You should contact Customer Service for warranty service.
