BTW, with all other conditions the same this same setup works fine on a AB800.

It sounds like an issue with the + reciever, though we would have to have it to see what specifically is the issue. Please contact customer service (by phone or email) and reference this thread. We will get this working for you!

Was this problem solved?
I have a B800, CSRB+ and Cybersync Commander. The B800 started strobing and I had turn it off and unplug everything to get it to stop.

My first suspect would be a low battery in a CST, if one was present (in range, even if packed away). This can be confirmed by the reciever's LED blinking red continuously with the firing.

Second suspect would be a faulty AC supply. This would be confirmed if the LED did not blink red along with the firing. If you are using any extension cord, power strip, etc; remove them, and plug directly into the wall as there could be a fault in one of those. If you still get strobing, try a different power source, as the one being used could be faulty or dirty. Flourescent lighting, A/C units, refrigerators, and the like can dirty the power which can lead to the strobing.
