My pleasure... I'm certain it's not easy being an innovator these days.

We all need to reflect on the revolutionary products Paul has created over the many years and cut him some slack when his products need a little tweaking out of the gate.

I doubt you will find many independent engineer/manufacturers who bend over backwards to make things right for his believers.
