Hello All, I am using a friends cybersync's and trying to shoot some tennis action indoors. I had a couple WL 1600s for my testing and I would get one well lit and then one very dark when shooting in a burst. It would be one good, one bad. I had the lights at about 1/8 power so I was surprised that I couldn't get more rapid fire. Is that right? Is it the Cybersynch's? Any help would be appreciated! |

Early vintage CST's were limited to 3fps. These can be ID'd by the protruding brownish red test button. Gray flush mount buttons can achieve 10fps. |

Thanks, so if I get the new ones I should be good to go, right? Do you know what setting I should be able to get up to and shoot 5 fps with the lights? Could I go 1/2? Higher? |

With the 2 second recycle time of the X1600, 1/16 power would be about as high as you would want to go for even lighting. Also, in doing so, I rrecommend utilizing the 1/4 power switch first, then dropping power to 1/4 on the dial. |
