Hi all,

Thanks in advance for any help!

I have 3 Einsteins. I am unable to get one of them out of "red" ready mode.
This is the case whether used with CC or stand alone.

Any suggestions?

That indicates an internal fault of some sort. That will need to be fixed under warranty. Contact customer service for the particulars of getting that sorted out.
