Just got a VB Mini... question on charging. The book says to turn the unit off, and plug it in and the LED is supposed to light to show charging, however, nothing lights up. I assume its charging, but wanted to check if I should turn it on to charge?

There is an LED on the charger block. Red means it is charging, and green means the charge is complete.

I know that... its under the word "fuse". My question is, my unit swtich is off. With the charging cord plugged in, that LED is not lit. Should it be lit?

No. The charging indicator is on the charger.
