One of my five Einsteins just failed. Replacing the tube and fuse didn't help. Anything else I can try? Everything looks normal on the panel, and the ready signal beeps after I Press "test", but no flash. It didn't work at all today, so it's definitely not a heat issue. I am willing to accept this is a fluke, but in 25 years I've never had a flash fail before, other than blown tubes, and it makes me nervous, since I've replaced my entire system with Einsteins (and still think they're brilliant) |

If it is not working after a new tube and not overheating, then it will need to have warranty service. Please contact Customer Service to make arrangements. |
