I bought two Foldable Large Octabox 47", two 13-foot Heavy Duty Light
Stand, two AlienBees B800 Flash Units, one CST CyberSync™ Trigger Transmitter, two CSR+ CyberSync™ Receiver Plus and two Foldable Medium Octaboxs.

The first issue I had was the ring that holds the rods in place for my soft box broke. The second issue was one of my receivers did not work. The third issue was one of my alienBee lights stopped working completely. The fourth issue was another one of my large soft boxes ring that holds the rods in place broke again.

Now I hate to complain but this is getting ridiculous! I called about the soft box today and now I have to ship it back to them on my dime when I feel after everything I've been through they should ship me a replacement and then I'll ship it back to them. I should have shipped everything back to them once the light stopped working but I just kept telling myself they would get it right.

Has anyone else had issues with the ring breaking on the soft box? Could I be doing something wrong here? I put the soft box together on the ground before mounting it on the light itself. I'm just so frustrated with it all.

This is certainly abnormal. However, being that this is the technical forum and not Customer Service, I am not able to offer any assistance other than to pass your comments to our Customer Service team. Someone should be in contact with you.

I've had to return/replace a number of items from PCB but Customer Service has always sent me a printable shipping label(s). PCB may not have the best quality control but they certainly have World Class customer service.

Call'em on Monday. They'll take good care of you.
