Can a Vagabond II be used to charge camera batteries in a pinch? Will I risk damaging either the Vagabond or the batteries I am charging?

The VBII will run/charge just about anything that takes 60-Hz 120-V power as long as it is less than the vagabond's max power output. Charging normal camera batteries should be fine.
