I purchased 2 Alein Bee B800 unit a couple of months ago. I setup a used them just for testing the first week and everything worked great. I get them out today to shoot a couple of people for passports and now one of the B800 units won't work.

Power light is on.
The green light is on.
The test button won't flash or make a sound like it is trying to flash.

The model lamp button will light the bulb.

I have switch bulbs in both units and the same unit doesn't work with either bulb.

switched power cables.

Need advise.

Since you swapped flash tubes, this tells me the problem is in the head. You will need to contact Customer Service for warranty service options.
