Part of the mount on my abr800 broke and so I gave PCB a call about replacing the part. I was expecting to buy the part and I was comfortable with that being confident that the cost would be reasonable. When I called I spoke with Brian and asked him about how much it cost and he told me that they would ship me one for free  ! On top of that, they covered the shipping to Canada!

I was also looking to see how much the donut diffuser cost as I wanted a spare for backup and the part wasn't listed on the website. He looked for the part and gave me the cost and I thanked him for letting me know and that I would probably look into getting one next time I make an order.

10 minutes later, Brian called me back and told me that he spoke with the VP and they thought that my diffuser had broke because the mount broke and they would send me one for free. I explained to Brian that it didn't break because of the mount, I just wanted to know how much a spare would cost. I appreciated the offer, but I would buy one next time i make an order. He said, "no problem, I have it here and we'll be shipping it tomorrow morning."

Amazing customer service. I have purchased alot of gear (too much actually hahaha) and this type of customer service makes me very confident to make purchases. Just wanted to thank PCB for the great products and even better service!

So far loving all of the stuff that I have purchased (einsteins, PLM's, beauty dish, softboxes...)

+1 :D

PCB customer service is exceptional. Their service was what made me upgrade to Einsteins instead of another (more expensive) brand when it was time to move on from my Bees.

PCB may have it's faults, but customer service is not one of them. Any, and every, time I have had a problem CS has taken care of the issue quickly and professionally. They always go above and beyond to solve a problem, answer a question or replace a part. Always. Paul, nice job!
