The CF20 comes with 20 color gels, I was wondering what are the colors corresponding to the number tag that's on the filter. I purchased two of these packs a while ago, each gel has a little sticker with a number on it, I was wondering if there is any guide that would translate the number to the equivalent Rosco/Lee number or to the names you're using for the color representation. I know I could had just written directly to tech support for this info, but wanted to post here in case others wanted to know this information as well. If this information is already on the forum, my apology, I did a best effort in terms of search for it. Thank you, Mike |

It has been a minute since I have looked at this (and I am away from any filters right now) but I think the numbers are the same across all three brands. Please correct me if I am wrong, I will look into it more tomorrow. |

Please correct me if I am wrong, I will look into it more tomorrow. I think you're right. I'm use to using Rosco's Roscolux color guide, found the E-Colour guide. ref: http://www.rosco.com/us/technotes/filters/lee_equiv.cfm I'm changing the filters in mixed lighting so I can't just eyeball a color. Thus the reason for labeling them with something a bit more meaningful than a color number. Thanks for all your help, Mike |
