Hello, I am using a gold Stofen on my Canon on camera flash and setting the white balance to 3600K and getting good enough results that I want to consider balancing my umbrella light ( WL800) to tungsten as well. I shoot at f8 at iso 400 because I am a film dinosaur, but I'm learning. I can bump up the iso on camera (maybe 800) and should probably open up the f stop as well for my wedding family groups. Do you sell a gold flash tube or conversion cover for it? I am a sponge for this information right now and anything that you may offer will be great. -Marlin mrpenton@gmail.com |

You should consider a CTO gel. They come in different strengths, but a 3/4 CTO will drop a 5600K light source to 3300K. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/4 ... ifications TS |

Alright on the CTO. How would I use it? Just cover the reflector and poke the umbrella through the gel? My current umbrellas are white. I asume that they will reflect the amber light just fine, right? Thanks. |

yes, just cover the reflector and poke a hole in it (as close as possible to the umbrella shaft). Gels can be gaffer taped, or the lights came with nylon clips for this purpose. TS |
