Hi,
I am using a CSR+ to trigger a WL Ultra 1800. As soon as the CSR+ is attached to the WL, the modeling lamp comes on, regardless of switch settings on the back of the WL. The only way to turn off the modeling lamp is to remove it!

Please let me know if this is normal behavior.

I am guessing you have connected the reciever via the telephone connection, yes? If so, you need to be using the CyberCommander as the RJ11 connection will override back panel settings, (including the model lamp on the Ultras). If you are not using Cyber Commander, then you should connect the reciever to the light via the 1/8" to 1/4" cord provided with the reciever.
