Was shooting with my Einsteins yesterday. On one of them, the fingers would catch when collapsed and not want to release without a lot of fiddling with the lever.

Is this a common problem? How easy is the fix? I'm a machine design engineer, machinist, I have a good selection of small files and other tools for sorting out issues on metal parts, but don't want to void the warranty by pulling screws.

Any advice?

Yeah call customer service they are great. PCB really stands by their stuff and have swapped stuff out for the smallest problems.

But if it's a 10 minute fix to pull it apart and smooth out a rough edge, I'd rather just do that than send it off.

That would need to come in. It would probably involve more than just filing a rough spot, and self repairs inside the light will void the warranty.

OK - if it keeps acting up, I'll contact Customer Service. Thanks.
