I have a AB 1600 and only the fan comes on does not charge and no modeling light (swapped out modeling light bulb) the red light in the switch works also

does it need to be sent back for repair or is this a problem that can be fixed by the user. some kind of reset or somthing?


I have cycled the power switch/cucirt breaker.

Are you using the RJ11 telephone jack?

no just plugged in power cord and only the fan and red switch light come no modeling light and no charging of the flash

That sounds like the unit will need to come in for repair. Please contact Customer Service to make arrangements.
