| Hi there, dont know if anyone else has had this problem. Got my B800 and cyber syncs a couple weeks ago. Every thing was working fine when I first got it, left for a few days and came home, now all of a sudden my CST wont fire my CSRB. The light blinks green on the CSRB when it is on, when it is connected to the B800 and I press the test button it blinks red and fires the unit. When I press the test button on the CST it blinks red but it wont trigger the CSRB. Ive checked the channels and switched batteries, it wont fire. What do I do? | |

| Double check the frequency settings. Be sure that the darker end to the notches match. There have been some that miss the dark notch and assume the dial is pointed at 1 and 9 rather than 1 OR 9, for example. Also, there are even numbers in between the listed odd numbers. Also, if you are by chance using a CSRB+, be sure you are setting the frequency dial and not the channel dial for this application. | |

| Ive checked and re-checked the frequency dial, ive even tried using different frequencies on the CST and CSRB. Im not using the CSRB+ unit just the regular one. Ive made sure the black notch matches up on both units and tried every frequency together on both. I assume there is nothing more I can do without sending the units in? This is really frustrating as I have a wedding to shoot in two days, and I live in vancouver canada, is there any hope of repair? | |

| Your best bet would be to contact customer service directly. They would be able to work out the best course of action given your time frame. | |
