is it possible to trigger my sb910 speedlight by conecting a csrb+ reciever to its sync port,
for my sb700 which doesnt have a sync port i use a hotshoe adapter, but the adapter is very cheaply made and i have to secure my flash with gaffers tape when i use it

Yes, you can use a CS reciever to the SB910 directly with the sync cord provided with the reciever.

We sell one here: http://www.paulcbuff.com/slfa.php that is designed to work with pretty much every brand. We have not had any complaints of flashes falling from them.

thanx, can this piece also be used on a cameras hot shoe (such as a d7000 wich doesn't have a pc port) to enable u to plug in the transmitter into the pc hole and have a flash on camera?

No, the item linked to has a 1/4-20 thread on the bottom to facilitate mounting to a stand. We do have a hot shoe adapter to perform the function you describe, which can be found here: http://www.paulcbuff.com/hsa.php
