Got my third E-640 on Monday and it works like a champ. A few things I noticed over my earlier E-640's. Fan seems a bit quieter which is nice, the spring for the fingers in MUCH stronger and seems to hold the large softbox more securely and a free gift was included that didn't come with the earlier ones a replacement modeling lamp. Paul C Buff you guys do a great job love the improvements. Anyway to get the stronger springs for my older E-640's?

If you are having any issues with your lights, please contact our repair or customer service departments to make arrangements for a fix.

Note that the modeling lamp in the flash is 150W - the spare is a 250W, which is what your older lights would have shipped with.
