I bought a used Zeus BTH. The placards with the product name on them are upside down. What does it mean? Has the light been disassembled and reassembled with the placards inserted wrong? I wonder if this means it was serviced by an unauthorized center? Or were some shipped from the factory this way?

It seems to work fine.

It means it was assembled or reassembled by a human, which is subject to mistakes. It is very possible someone disassembled on thier own it and installed the placards upside down.

It is possible (though, unlikely) that it was done on assembly or repair. We have several sets of eyes that would see the unit, and would catch it.

We can get that turned over an the unit inspectd for you if you wish to send it in. Contact our repair dept for details.

That is what I figured. It does not bother me. I think the first owner must have taken it apart for reasons unknown.
