I have 4 B800 each with a CSRB and have been using for night photography. Last night with all four set up I test fired each Bee with the test on the CSRB and was OK. About 30 min later I took a photo and noticed one light did not fire. Checked to test fire that one with the CSRB and nothing happened allow the CSRB indicated green normal light. The B800 would fire on dump or by plugging the mini jack. Changed batteries on CSRB and connected to different B800 and same results. So one CSRB that had worked fine is now not triggering a flash even though it has a normal green light and fresh batteries. Also swapped cord around as well as trying with different B800. Further suggestions?? Rich |

Is it possible that one of the freq/ch dials got bumped? |

The cost of repair would be about that of replacement, so we do not offer out of warranty repair service. However, if it is under warranty, we will get you taken care of. Customer Service can help you determine if the unit is under warranty or not. BTW, if it cannot be fixed or replaced under warranty, it can still come in handy as a repeater or (assuming it is not a CSRB+), it can act as a handheld tripper by putting it in repeater mode and pressing the test button. |
