I have had my (3) Einsteins for about 6 months, with no issues at all, until now.
Everything appears fine, but when I fire remotely, flash does not fire, light music makes sound like it did. Also the same thing happens when I hit the test button.
When I replace the tube with the tube from another Einstein, I get the same response, no flash. When I take the tube from the Einstein that is not working and put it in another Einstein, it works fine, so the tube does not seem to be the issue.
What would be my next steps?

Since you have power, it is not the fuse. Since a tube swap did not rectify the situation, then it is not a tube. At this point, it is an internal fault. This will require the unit to come in for service.

Incidentally, the unit is under warranty.
