Help:

We bought our studio lighting a while back (> 2yrs), but have only shot 300-500 flashes. This unit turns on but the model light does not come on and the ok light does not come on. So not surprisingly the flash does not work. Is there a reset of some sort or do I really have to send this in for repair?

If the OK light is coming on, then there is a problem in the charging circuit. This will need to come in for repair.

What I said was the ok light was not coming on, if the light isn't coming on, does that mean the charging circuit is faulty? To be accurate, the power light comes on, the fan comes on, the OK light does NOT come on and the flash does not work.

My apologies, I did leave out the word "not".


If the OK light is notcoming on, then the charging circuit is faulty and will need to come in. This is the case, even if the fan and power light come on.
