I have to shoot a Timelapse of the construction of some interior stairs, is it a bad idea to use an Alien Bee B800? I'll be taking a shot about every 10 seconds for six hours or about 2160 shots. Will this hurt the B800? How many flashes is a bulb good for? |

This sounds perfectly reasonable, even at full power. These flash tubes are typically good for 250K+ flashes (some more, some less). |
