3 of my B800s all seem to output different power. Two are somewhat close in power and the other one is way below the other two. Anybody else have this problem or potential solutions?

It really depends on actual metered results of each flash. It is possible that capacity has dropped on one over time, or a capacitor has gone out. Also, excessive wear on a flash tube can decrease the output eventually. Make sure you use the same reflector (or no reflector) for each test. Even two of the same part number reflectors could vary over long periods of time.

Also remember f/11'9, f/16'0, & f/16'1 are only 2/10 of a stop from high to low.

With actual meter readings, we can further evaluate the best course of action.
