My Cybersync trigger has a slight looseness when on my hotshoe (nikon d800) and won't fire unless I very gently push the trigger while shooting. Is there a way to increase how far down that contact travels? Thanks. Doug. |

On most cameras, the CST fits really tight. You have to make sure you push it all the way to the front of the hotshoe. Don't have a D800 here to test further. If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact info@alienbees.com and we'll replace it . . . could be a fluke. |

Thank you Mr Buff. I'll trouble shoot a bit further and follow up if necessary. Haven't been on your forum since the old one closed years ago! Love your stuff! |
