Hello all, I have 3 E640 that require a firmware upgrade (currently running fw: 29). My issue is I can not find a 2GB MicroSD anywhere or if I do find one it seems to be way too expensive. My question is if I get a 4GB and partician it into 2GB and format it with FAT16, would it work with my units? Has anyone tried to do this before? Please advice. Thanks! MT |

That is truly excellent customer service which I hear again and again. Cheers to the team at PCB, inc. !!! For what it's worth, if others are encountering an issue locating a compatible card, its not too difficult or expensive to purchase 2GB cards online. Newegg has some in stock for under $7. I've tried these and they work well: Transcend 2GB MicroSD #TS2GUSD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820208244 |

FWIW, I have had reasonably good luck finding <2GB cards at drugstores and grocery stores. |

It is definitely something we are expecting to incorporate in a future update. However, I cannot say when that will be. |
