It is possible to repair them, however the tools and hardware required would probably not be cost or time effective. Our replacement cords are $5.25 each/$21 for a set, plus shipping. |

oh, my cat is quite a talented one... he's only 7 months old and he's HUGE! apparently he's part wild-cat... heh, would have been good to know BEFORE we got him :) lol, yeah, i know the replacement chords aren't expensive, but i've got the hardware and i figured i'd give it a whirl if someone could talk me through it... aka... i have three shoots in the next three days and have no clue how i'm going to find time to get new ones! but thanks... i'm ordering a replacement set... and maybe rigging something of the chainmeil variety to wrap them in! thanks :) ~ katie |

You could a- solder the cables back together (matching colors) then tape individual strands to insulate them, then tape teh whole thing. Or b- buy repair tools at Radio Shack, add ends to to each of the halves of cable, then use a coupler to connect them. Really, if time is of the essence (more so than cost), you can use any 4 or 6 wire telephone cord up to 100' from Radio Shack, Wal-Mart, etc. |
