Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Paul C. Buff for the great customer service.
I called in an order LATE Friday afternoon (about 4:50 p.m. - ten minutes before closing time).
Not only were the receptionist and the sales person who took my order incredibly polite (much more polite than I would have expected considering everyone was about to go home for the weekend), but the order was shipped out today (this Monday), exactly one business day after placing it.
In addition, one of the parts I needed for my Ultra isn't officially supported any more, but the sales person said that she would get one from the repair department for me anyway.
I know I am not a big spender with PCB - and I am not the greatest photographer on the planet, either - but all I can say is that ALL of my interactions have been great, and your products have never let me down. I know you have MUCH bigger clients than I, but it is clear that deep down in your core, you care about the little guy just as much as you care about your larger clients.
