Post subject:  Vagabond Version 1 Charger blinking yellow

I have an Vagabond Version 1
Plugged it to charge and the light on charger is blinking yellow or maybe green but blinking a lot !.
What does it mean? all fuses are new!
Has the battery gone bad ? or just really low...
never saw that before...
Need to use it tomorrow and may need to replace battery if it has gone bad asap.
Thanks

It is largely going to depend on the color the LED is blinking.

First and foremost, plug the Vagabond in in the proper sequence. Plug the charger into the wall, ensure you get a green light, then plug it into the Vagabond.

A yellow LED, solid or blinking, usually indicates either the positive or negative (but not both) has lost connection to the battery. This could be from the spade lug or from the fuse holders. You can try using one of the other sets of red/black connectors to charge from (i.e. the ones that plug into the inverter). This may or may not help, depending on where the fault is.

A green LED can indicate the battery is full, or as full as it can get. An older or poorly maintained battery may not be able to hold much charge, so even if the charger says full, the battery may not supply enough energy to be useful.

For the record, the charger is the little black box with a cord going to the wall and a cord going to the Vagabond. The blue box with the electrical outlet is the inverter. These are often confused, so I want to be sure.

Thanks,
The battery seems to have gone bad>
It was a pretty new battery but i hadn't kept it plugged in to charge for a couple of weeks.
I usually leave it charging all the time.
I believe this is the correct thing to do, right? To leave it plugged in ?
