Hi, At the time my Einstein waitlist number comes up, I would like to order a CyberCommander based wireless control. While that part is clear, the question is about the additional triggers and receiver accessories for the other lights and flashes I have. I understand these won't deliver anything like the CC+Einstein function. Here's what I would like: * An AC-powered wireless receiver / trigger for a strobe with PC sync input * A battery-powered wireless receiver / trigger for a hotshoe flash and/or PC sync input * A small wireless transmitter to trigger the lights as an alternative/backup for the CyberCommander Can you suggest the specific model numbers as I'd like to file these away and be ready when ordering. I can sort of figure these out on the web site but there is a plurality of the small buggers there which were introduced at different times. There's also a factor of Paul coming up with new stuff all the time (case in point: I now would most likely order / wait for PLMII as opposed to getting PLM). If there's an UP-TO-DATE wireless equipment diagram please point me to it. If not, a list of model #s or links for the above would do. Thanks Alex |

Best option is CSR+ for the AC receiver and CSRB+ for the battery powered . . . plus a CST transmitter. The"+" version will allow you to use these receivers along with future Einstein and CC and take advantage of the grouping, naming, individual channel metering capabilities of CC. Non "+" versions will all fire at once and can't be individually controlled by CC. The CST will always be useful with CC . . . CST on your camera and CC in your pocket to setup lights, meter, etc. |
