Do you guys offer tune ups on Einsteins that are out of warranty? I have had my Einsteins since they first came out and they get louder and louder every time I use them, and the attachment mechanism gets looser and looser. Do you tune these units up like you did for my first Alien Bees? I think I paid $40 per flash on those and they came back like brand new.

And then my second question, if you do offer this service, is it possible to drop them off and pick them up a week or two later as I have a road trip planned for the East Coast in January.

If it just a tune up, and not any physical or water damage or the like, then we can do this for $50 each. If there is some type of massive damage, then we can re-estimate higher. You can drop off and/or pick up in person if you would like. Just be aware TN sales tax will apply if you pick up in person.
