The description says "included locking mechanism". Does that mean the WHEELS lock via this mechanism or just the casters lock onto the legs of the light stand?

This is a wheel locking mechanism. One wheel has this lever.

Just to make sure I understand, if I purchase a set of 3, each of the 3 wheels has the locking mechanism?

No. Only one wheel will have the mechanism.

Wouldn't there be less of a chance of accidently moving the position of the setup if all 3 wheels were able to be locked?

Is it possible to order such a set from PCB?

Our casters are pre-packaged from our vendor in sets of 3, with one having a locking mechanism, so we would be unable to provide a full set of three wheels, each with locks.
