To be clear, I mean the telephone cord from the CSR+ to the light, which would be in addition to the power cord. You should have one cord running from the wall to the receiver. The receiver has a captive cord going to the power receptacle on the light. In your case, you should also have a cord running from the receiver to the light. This cord would look like a headphone plug (3.5mm to 3.5mm) on both ends, and go from the side of the receiver to the hole marked "sync" on the light.
There is a square-ish telephone style jack on the light and receiver, but should not be used at this time.
Are you using the 3.5mm cable?
