i just got my CC and my csr+ for my units .. well i unpack the csr+ and connect it to one flash unit,, then i connect the other one but the light start flashing randomly is there something im missing ?

Couple of things can make the units rapid fire like that. One, do you have a CST? If so, remove the battery and see if the problem persists. If the problem goes away, replace the battery with a new one, as rapid firing can be a symptom of a low battery. Additionally, if the RJ11 phone cord is being used, the light is sensitive to proper grounding in the outlet. Be sure the outlet is properly grounded, or try a different one. Line noise will also cause rapid firing. This can come from a circuit that is shared with devices with a motor, like a refridgerator, microwave, air conditioner, etc. Try a circuit without line noise. While this would happen regardless of the remotes, if very bright light is present, the slave eye could trip. Either lock out the slave eye by plugging something into the standard sync jack, or by moving out of the light source.

the problem seem to be in the B1600 .. because if i swap the receiver I got the same problem . it happend as soon as i plug the rj11 cord

A bad RJ11 phone cord (connects the CSR to the flash unit) will cause this.
