Does anyone know if the LGSR Speedring can be used to mount a Photoflex medium softbox to an Alien Bee or Einstein? |

Yes, it can. There are a few specialty softboxes (half dome, for example) from Photoflex that willl not work. Otherwise Photoflex boxes will work fine. |
